Clay High School senior Emma Heck has been selected the 2025 Florida Dairy Farmers Miss Weightlifting.
Heck dominated the Class 2A 139-pound division, winning the Traditional (405 pounds combined lifts) and Olympic-style (410 pounds) competitions. Her 185-pound snatch set a state record. After winning three state titles in the 129-pound division, Heck moved up to the 139-pound division in 2025 and set a state record by winning her fourth straight state championship.
